Our Core Values
We have 5 Core Values that inform our work with children, young people and their families:
At Inspiration we are passionate about our work. This is reflective in our interaction as well as the activities that we organise to engage young people positively.
Integrity is the key in every aspect of our work – we ensure that we work in such a transparent way that young people can learn from us.
Two sure ways to destroy a building is to tamper with the foundation and to build with inferior materials. A building with no foundation, or one poorly constructed, will not last. The finest materials used to construct a home will quickly rot and fall apart if they are resting on the ground. A building is only as solid as its foundation. Be careful how you build. The same concept applies to human being. Whether you are a parent, family member, service providers, nursery school, primary or secondary school, law makers, it is important to know that early years of an individual is very crucial, so build them well.
Without hard work we would not be here today. Every member of the organisation has one way or the other through their hard work contributed to the success of the organisation. We will continue to emphasise this to young people that it is important to work hard in order to reach their desired goal.
All staff and volunteers share these values and use them as a framework to reinforce their work. Through all our services, the children, young people and families we work with will have the opportunity to take part in activities that support these core values. We hope these values inspire them as much as they inspire u
